| 3. Select "register MVP Card" and fill in your MVP number and 1st 3 letters of your last name |
| 4. Fill in all required information and hit "Select Organization" button |
| 5. Select VA as the State |
| 6. Select Manakin as the City selection |
| 7. Select For the Love of Animals in Goochland as your Charity |
| 8. Fill in the rest of your information (including your 12 digit Food Lion MVP card number). |
